Qualifications

• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile reports for caisse sectors and transfers.
• Input, validate and save data in the system.
• Liaise with Desjardins components and centers as needed.
• Handle transactional calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre.
• Ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
