Job summary

Desjardins is hiring for an on-site full-time cashier/receptionist role in Quebec. The position involves processing caisse-related transactions, data entry, and coordinating with multiple Desjardins components to serve members and customers efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and fluency in French. Knowledge of insured products and Desjardins networks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile various reports and requests for caisse sectors, and follow up with members and customers as needed.
• Input, validate, and save data in the system.
• Coordinate with Desjardins components and process transaction notices and follow-up activities.
• Perform search requests and organize information per procedures.
• Handle filing, document management and purging according to practices and regulations.
• Take transactional, convenience and informational calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre and propose solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of activities while meeting quality standards.
• Maintain transaction and operation security per current policies and controls.
