Precision Parcel & Package Deliveries in Winnipeg is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate, monitor, and optimize the movement of goods. You will be the central link between drivers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring on-time performance and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of truckload dispatch is an asset.
• ACE and Customs/border crossing experience is an asset.
• AS400/ICC experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Route Planning & Optimization: Assign and adjust routes to maximize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Driver Support & Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and provide directions and support.
• Load Management: Schedule and track freight and package volumes, balancing driver capacity with service expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to unexpected events and find solutions while maintaining service quality.
• System & Compliance Monitoring: Use dispatching and logistics systems to log activity and ensure safety and compliance.
• Customer Communication: Relay status updates and maintain positive relationships with customers.
