Job summary

Precision Parcel & Package Deliveries is seeking a full-time Dispatcher for on-site work at 179 Rail Park Way, Rosser, MB. You will coordinate drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and safety compliance.

Hours are Sunday–Wednesday, 12:00am–10:00am; salary range is $53,000–$58,000 per year. This permanent, non-union role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in routing software and TMS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of truckload dispatch is an asset.
• ACE and Customs/border crossing experience is an asset.
• AS400/ICC experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Route planning and optimization to maximize efficiency.
• Driver support and coordination throughout the day.
• Load management and tracking freight and volumes.
• Respond to events and maintain service quality.
• Use dispatching and logistics systems to log activity and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with customer service for updates.
• Maintain dispatch records and daily reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
