Job summary

Lineage in Manitoba is seeking a logistics support associate to help plan and track inbound and outbound shipments. You will collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and transportation teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and smooth operations.

You will serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers, log cash, verify data in the system, and use the WMS scheduler to keep records up to date. Fluency in English is expected; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work in cold storage temperatures and wear PPE.
• May be required to lift up to 20 lbs./9 kg.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must communicate in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash from carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure documents are completed on time.
• Verify and count products to ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
