Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking three Maintenance Technicians for Canary Landing in Toronto. The role focuses on resident experience, routine maintenance, and coordinating repairs to ensure Class A standards while supporting safety and building operations.

You will assess requests, complete repairs, and collaborate with the site team to maintain high-quality living spaces and a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience maintaining buildings including plumbing, electrical, mechanical or HVAC.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and keep residents informed of progress.
• Inspect building systems and coordinate repairs with external contractors.
• Maintain records of service requests and inspections in required systems.
