Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Cherry House at Canary Landing in Toronto to maintain homes and shared spaces while delivering strong resident service. You will respond to requests, perform repairs, and support day‑to‑day operations ensuring high‑quality, move‑in ready spaces.

The role requires hands‑on trade knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or HVAC, a high school diploma, and the ability to work on‑site with rotating on‑call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems.
• Ability to work onsite and participate in rotating on‑call schedule.
• Experience using MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive resident maintenance service and address questions with practical, solutions‑focused approach.
• Inspect and repair building systems, common areas, and amenities.
• Coordinate with site team and external contractors to meet quality and timelines.
