The Maintenance Technician plays an important role in creating a positive resident experience by keeping residents’ homes and shared spaces well maintained. Combining hands‑on technical expertise with a strong customer service mindset, they respond to maintenance requests, completes repairs and supports the reliable day‑to‑day operation of the property. Working closely with residents and the site team, the Maintenance Technician takes ownership of each service request from assessment through completion. They take pride in the quality of their work and understand the impact dependable service has on the community.
ROQ City is located in Toronto's Moss Park neighbourhood at Richmond, Ontario and Queen Streets, with direct access to the Queen Streetcar and nearby bike routes. The property is close to Corktown, the Garden District, the Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, with easy access to the downtown core.
Work Schedule: This role is based onsite and requires flexibility across shifts, including a share of our rotating on‑call coverage.
Salary Range Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$50,890.00 - $67,450.00
This position is eligible for an attractive benefits and wellness package and an incentive opportunity of: 7%
