Matcon Civil Constructors Inc. is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization on site in Canada. You will plan and organize logistics, track work orders, and coordinate with warehousing, production, and other departments to ensure smooth movement of supplies and timely reporting.

The role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 2–3 years of experience in operations/logistics. This position is on site with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• Track and complete work orders.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
• Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies.
• Prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
