Job summary

ATCO Structures is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Cookstown, Ontario. You’ll oversee logistics from start to finish, manage fleet mobilization/demobilization, and be the main contact for transport inquiries. This full-time temporary role spans 20 months and reports to the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain fleet availability, process BOLs, and support field service work while ensuring top-tier client service and smooth operations across the rental solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Educational background in business administration, supply chain management or commerce preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment repair, renovations and upgrades and assist with field service coordination.
• Manage schedules, routes, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and collection of rental items.
• Issue BOLs and maintain transportation log.
• Provide weekly updates on vendor capacity and selection based on budget and availability.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and resolve transportation/logistics issues.
