Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Analytical skills to review applications and track property performance metrics.
• Experience in operations management and property coordination in residential real estate.
• Administrative skills: organizing documentation, maintaining records, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, with occasional after-hours as needed.
• Post-secondary education in business/real estate or related field is an asset; leasing or property operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities, including inquiries, showings, applications, and lease documentation.
