Job summary

Hilton Foods Canada is seeking an Inventory & Systems Lead to own end-to-end inventory accuracy, warehouse systems performance and automation reliability in an automated food production environment. You will bridge inventory control, system governance and on-floor execution to drive strong team performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading inventory operations in warehouse or food production.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with warehouse automation and ERP systems, with a focus on inventory transactions, data integrity, and system diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret system logs, event histories, alarms and diagnostic data.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across stock types and systems.
• Govern warehouse IT and automation systems, including ERP and WCS, ensuring real-time transactions and data integrity.
• Lead and develop the inventory and systems team; drive accountability and performance.
• Coordinate with inbound, outbound, and production teams to minimize disruptions from system issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using system data and operational insights; develop SOPs.
