Sysco Canada Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy across our distribution operations in Vaughan, Canada. The role involves cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciling inventory data in WMS and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or related fields, post-secondary education in supply chain, and strong Excel skills. Flexibility for evening/weekend work and cross-location support are required.

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing shrinkage within the distribution center. This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and supporting the accurate maintenance of inventory data across warehouse and business systems. This role acts as the critical link between physical inventory findings and system corrections, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, documentation integrity, and continuous process improvement.
Post-secondary education in supply chain, operations, finance or a related discipline is an asset; equivalent experience may be considered.
