Hilton Foods Canada is seeking a Systems Operator to manage automated warehouse systems in a 24/7 environment. You will monitor SCADA, WCS, and ERP platforms, respond to alarms, and coordinate with operations, IT, and maintenance to sustain uptime and safety.

The role requires experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. A temperature-controlled, on-site facility environment applies.

Qualificações

• Able to analyze system data, alerts, dashboards, and logs to identify issues.
• Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical systems.
• Familiar with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and documentation.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled 0–2°C environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and optimize automated warehouse systems including ERP, WCS, and SCADA.
• Ensure flows meet service levels, throughput targets, and on-time delivery.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot to maintain uptime.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and IT teams.
