Job summary

Clark Builders seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for the Sturgeon Data Center project near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The role follows a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts and reports to the Senior Superintendent.

You will supervise subcontractors and SPO staff, drive safety programs with the EH&S team, manage budget, schedule, and quality, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field activities, schedule, quality, safety, and budget.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and Clark Builders Self-Perform Operations staff.
• Develop and communicate project schedules and recovery strategies to maintain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, permits, and insurance; liaise with inspection agencies.
