Job summary

Clark Builders is seeking a Night Shift Superintendent to lead field activities on the Sturgeon Data Center project near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate SPO staff, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence on an overnight rotation.

Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, you will develop sequencing, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain strong relationships with trades while upholding Clark Builders standards and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar, +4 years experience.
• Knowledge of construction engineering principles, supervision, scheduling, estimating, contracts and drawings.
• Experience with safety and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read contracts and project schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and manage SPO staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule delivery, and budget adherence.
• Develop and communicate project schedules and sequencing.
• Manage billing and WIP, payrolls, and supplier invoices.
• Lead continuous improvement and training for team.
