Job summary

Jennings Real Estate Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and commercial development projects in Ottawa. The role requires coordinating owners, tenants, consultants, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage planning, design, procurement, and closeout, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards while communicating progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering or construction with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in project or construction management, incl. tenant improvements.
• Proven coordination of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, and specialty consultants.
• Oversee procurement, tenders, and contract administration.
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes with clear reporting.
