• Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas, Bluebeam).
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to work in office in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectively
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution
• Forecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates
• Lead and support site teams with clear communication and direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
