VPAC Construction Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Tenant Improvements team. You will oversee all aspects of project management from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality and safety.

You are a proactive leader who can coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and municipal authorities, maintaining strong relationships while achieving project goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive construction project management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience with tenant improvements or commercial construction is preferred.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Proficiency with procore or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of tenant improvement projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Develop and maintain scopes, budgets, and master schedules.
• Review drawings, specs, permits, contracts to identify requirements.
• Tender and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Lead project communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Monitor costs, schedules, change orders, and forecasts with timely reporting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other docs.
• Drive issue resolution and coordinate construction activities to maintain momentum.
• Lead project close-out including deficiencies, occupancy, warranties, and turnover.
