Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required
• 1–2 years' experience in project management within construction or real estate
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Yardi is an asset

Responsibilities

• Oversee landlord work in new build and tenant improvement projects
• Coordinate and monitor contracts for property-related services
• Manage project budget and schedule to meet deadlines and control costs
• Negotiate lease terms and renewals within the portfolio
• Maintain records on project costs, operating expenses and related income
