Job summary

Parc Residences is seeking a reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination and security of the building's common property. The role requires visible, approachable leadership and strong organization to address routine issues and coordinate with the Strata Council.

Key duties include supervising contractors, maintaining logs, and supporting move-ins/move-outs while ensuring resident privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site operations and maintenance.
• Ability to manage contractors and service providers.
• Understanding of building systems and safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily and document deficiencies.
• Monitor lobbies, elevators, amenity spaces and exterior property.
• Prioritize maintenance needs and obtain quotations.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers for approved tasks.
• Maintain digital logs, schedules, keys and inventory; report monthly.
• Attend Strata Council meetings and present building reports.
