You will ensure operations align with budgets and standards, handle inquiries, market and rent apartments, manage maintenance, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the property, with a focus on resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

• Maintain building inventories, logs, and prevent maintenance issues; schedule preventive tasks.
• Be accessible 24/7 for essential service in emergencies and enforce safety procedures.
