Job summary

First Quebec - Genix Group is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator to join our on-site team in TMR. You will handle invoice processing, PO matching, reconciliation, and ensure timely payments while managing renewals and receivables.

Qualifications include strong accounting knowledge, experience with Sage and QBD, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with a collaborative work environment in a real estate office setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application and reconciliation.
• Experience with accounting software (QBD and Sage), spreadsheets and basic financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with vendors, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders and reconcile statements.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Manage renewals and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Record payments accurately in the accounting system and maintain records.
