• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Strong basic foundation of culinary skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service with a can-do attitude.
• Must have own safety shoes.
• Casual on-call position with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge of kitchen areas operational skills in preparation and execution of modern cuisine.
• Assists with social parties, banquets and special events.
• Ensures kitchen is clean and sanitary and is in compliance with all provincial requirements.
