Fueling Brains Academy in Strathmore, Alberta, is seeking On-Call Early Childhood Educators to join our team. You will support classroom teachers, engage children through play-based learning, and help supervise activities during flexible shifts.

We welcome ECE professionals seeking extra hours or flexible work, with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and a positive learning environment that makes a real difference in children's lives every day.

Qualifications

• Alberta ECE certification (Level 1–3) required or in progress.
• First Aid/CPR certification desirable.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector or willingness to obtain."
• Reliable, positive attitude and passion for children.

Responsabilités

• Support classroom teachers in creating fun, engaging, and nurturing learning experiences.
• Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, and development through play-based learning.
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and classroom supervision.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Bring energy, flexibility, and teamwork to every shift.
