Job summary

Edon Management is hiring on-call Mobile Patrol Security Guards in Calgary, AB. You will serve as the first line of defense, respond to incidents, enforce site rules, and report via our app. This casual on-call role supports property operations and safety across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in security, three years of driving, and a valid Alberta Security License. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years security experience.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of security practices.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Completed Grade 12 education.
• Valid Alberta Security License is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents quickly and professionally.
• Enforce site policies and procedures for tenants, guests, and the public.
• Generate app-based security reports and incident reports.
• Conduct routine building walk-throughs and inspections.
• Follow access control, patrol procedures and fire safety protocols.
• Uphold security standards and protect property and people.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years security experience
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid Alberta Security License is required
• Unrestricted Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with no demerits
• Standard First Aid and CPR with AED considered an asset
• Completed Grade 12 Education
• Excellent knowledge of security practices
• Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
