Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. invites you to explore a future with us as an on-call security professional. This casual role offers consistent shifts with a clear path to permanent full-time based on performance and availability.

As part of our team, you will patrol designated areas, report safety hazards and security breaches, and handle access control at the site. Night and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security Worker License is required.
• Certified in First Aid with CPR/AED (Asset).
• Ability to write clear and concise security reports using our online system.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous security experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control at the gate to ensure authorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain site security and safety.
• Assist Management when needed.

Our mission at Securiguard is to make people feel safe. As an on-call security professional, you'll be responsible for the protection of people and assets by patrolling designated areas, identifying and reporting safety hazards, reporting security breaches, as well as completing all reporting and radio check-ins. Other duties may include responding to alarms or emergencies and controlling access to the site.
