Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking an on-call security professional to protect people and assets by patrolling designated areas, identifying and reporting safety hazards, and responding to alarms or emergencies.

The role requires Alberta Security Worker License, First Aid with CPR/AED certification, and the ability to write clear security reports using our online system. You must be available for night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Security Worker License is required.
• Certified in First Aid with CPR/AED (Asset).
• Minimum 3 days of availability.
• Ability to write clear and concise security reports using our online system.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous security experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control at the gate to ensure authorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain site security and safety.
• Assist Management when needed.

As a an on-call security professional, you'll be responsible for the protection of people and assets by patrolling designated areas, identifying and reporting safety hazards, reporting security breaches, as well as completing all reporting and radio check-ins. Other duties may include responding to alarms or emergencies and controlling access to the site.
