Job summary

Edon Management in Alberta seeks a Mobile Patrol Guard to protect people and property and support safe sites. You’ll be the first point of contact for site safety and enforce policies for tenants, guests, and the public.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years security experience.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Valid Alberta Security License is required.
• Unrestricted Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with no demerits.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of security practices.
• Completed Grade 12 Education.
• Strong command of the English language (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure facilities in line with Edon Management’s standards and contract specifications.
• Identify and address security concerns, ensuring the safety systems of the facility are functioning properly.
• Uphold order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Respond to incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate security-related concerns.
• Conduct routine building walk-throughs and generate detailed reports.
• Follow access control, patrol procedures, and fire safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
