Job summary

Arc’teryx in North Vancouver seeks a Program Manager, Omnichannel Retail Experience to lead adoption, execution, and continuous improvement of omnichannel programs across our North American retail fleet. You will work closely with Retail Operations, Training, Guest Services, Ecommerce, and Technology to ensure store teams have the tools, processes, and training for best-in-class omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading omnichannel initiatives and store-facing programs.
• Ability to partner with Retail, Training, Ecommerce, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own store delivery of core omnichannel program enhancements (Click & Collect, Click & Ship, MPOS, Endless Aisle).
• Drive adoption of omnichannel tools and programs across NAM stores.
• Define change management plans and scalable training content for rollout and onboarding.
• Capture feedback, monitor KPIs, and optimize program performance.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
