The Omni Stockist role at Brobston Group supports the store management team and Fendi's retail network by handling omni-channel order fulfillment, including Ship-from-Store, Buy Online Pick-up In-Store, curbside and white glove services. You’ll collaborate with selling teams and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and an elevated customer experience.

We expect at least 2 years in retail or customer experience, with digital literacy and experience using Office and POS/inventory systems.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience a plus; stock control and selling experience desirable.
• Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS/inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform 50% physical labor; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; foreign language skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours and rebalance request transfers.
• Pick, pack, prepare merchandise for shipping and deliver to the shipping department.
• Process charge sends and support consignments and virtual selling for client advisors outside the home store.
• Perform daily omni-channel tasks including curbside pick-up, SFS and BOPIS and resolve aged BOPIS orders.
• Support order fulfillment across ship-to-home, pick-up-in-store and white glove services and improve return and case resolution accuracy.
• Act as a technical resource for in-store clienteling platforms and host virtual appointments.
• Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omni-channel processes and attend leadership and selling team meetings.

Summary

They execute omni-channel order fulfillment processes including Ship-from-Store, Buy Online Pick-up In-Store, curbside pick-up and white glove services while partnering with selling teams and the warehouse to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and an elevated customer experience.
