Job summary

Ketek Group Inc. seeks a Service Coordinator to align project managers and yard staff, ensuring staff availability for projects and providing day-to-day support to field service employees.

The role focuses on dispatch, liaison work with clients, and coordinating equipment mobilization across Western and Northern Canada. The position requires strong coordination abilities, safety awareness, and experience in the oilfield sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in oilfield industry.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• 3+ years maintaining and servicing equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver license with abstract.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests and dispatch staff to jobs.
• Coordinate with yard personnel on tickets and equipment requests.
• Schedule assignments and coordinate crews and equipment.
• Act as a liaison between clients and service representatives.
• Arrange mobilization/demobilization of rental equipment.
• Schedule jobs and coordinate equipment shipping/receiving.
• Maintain inspection paperwork and equipment records.
• Assist in locating equipment outside the company inventory when needed.
• Ensure safe work environment and follow up on issues with work orders.
