Job summary

Ketek is seeking a Service Technician to travel to client sites, perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Ketek equipment, and provide guidance on proper usage. The role includes both field and shop work with safety-focused procedures.

The position requires oilfield or construction experience, a valid driver's licence, and the ability to work independently or with a team in varying weather and schedules. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Oilfield and/or construction experience required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean abstract.
• High School diploma or GED; journeyman ticket preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field Service: travel to client locations, install, troubleshoot, and demobilize equipment and instruct clients on proper use.
• Shop Operations: clean, disassemble, inspect equipment, and complete daily paperwork with hazard assessments.
• Maintain equipment and tools, follow safety guidelines, and communicate with supervision to prioritize tasks.
• Establish client relationships through clear and accurate communication; work solo or in a team.
