Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Edmonton is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily communication with customers and administrative operations.

You will manage 8–10 daily interactions by phone and email, coordinate with production to ensure smooth order processes, and assist walk-in customers. This contract role offers $22–$25 per hour, Mon-Fri, with potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communication through phone and email (8–10 interactions/day).
• Coordinate with production team to support customer needs and ensure smooth order processes.
• Assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional office presence.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems; training will be provided.
• Identify opportunities to generate sales and support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and professional communication.
