Raise is hiring an Offshore Logistics Advisor for our client’s deep-water offshore operations in Newfoundland. You will coordinate with offshore drilling supervisors, engineers, and onshore teams to ensure efficient cargo readiness, vessel loading, and backload management.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas, knowledge of CAPP lifting and DNV 2.7.1, and offshore travel certification for Newfoundland. Rotational schedule and safety compliance are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of oil and gas experience.
  • Knowledge of CAPP lifting standards and DNV 2.7.1.
  • Drilling tools and equipment familiarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of KABAL and Dawinci desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification for travel offshore Newfoundland required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore logistics with drilling supervisors, engineers, and onshore teams to ensure safe, efficient drilling operations.
  • Manage cargo readiness, vessel loading plans, schedules, and voyage updates.
  • Support backload management, waste and equipment returns from offshore.
  • Serve as primary offshore logistics contact for internal teams and external contractors.
  • Assist with emergency and after-hours logistics requests and safety programs.
