Job summary

Odfjell Drilling is seeking four junior offshore roustabouts for the Hercules DP3 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible offshore Newfoundland. You will assist with deck operations, drilling equipment mobilization, vessel handling and routine maintenance, on an equal rotation schedule under a long‑term contract with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction, marine, oil and gas, labour, or military environments.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn offshore operations.
• Structured and organized mindset.
• High level of integrity.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to pass physical screening.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening checks.
• Ability to safely and professionally perform assigned work.
• Ability to participate in deck, equipment mobilization, vessel handling, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to assemble, inspect, and sign off on scaffolding under 5M.
• Ability to perform emergency duties according to the unit’s emergency organization.
