A summer camp organization in Dover, Canada is seeking office staff for administrative support during the camping season. Responsibilities include customer service, maintaining supplies, and managing communications with families and campers. Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and have some customer service experience. Starting pay is $16/hour for a seasonal position.

JCC Camp Grossman is looking for office staff to offer administrative support during our busy camping season in our summer camp office. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office by providing administrative assistance, keeping track of our camp database, and, most importantly, serving as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for all callers, as well as for families and campers as they come into camp.

We are an outdoor camp, located on beautiful, wooded property in Dover, MA. This is an hourly position, for 8.5 hrs/day, Monday – Friday, for the camp season. The regular Camp day begins when you arrive at Camp (typically between 7:30am and 8:00am) and ends between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Offering great perks, including JCC Health & Fitness center access, a supportive, vibrant in‑person work environment, and a competitive starting pay rate of $16 per hour. The pay rate offered will ultimately be determined by relevant qualifications, experience and JCC's internal equity.
*The regular camp season begins June 29 and ends August 21. Orientation takes place the week of June 22 and ends with Visiting Day (a pre‑camp visit for all campers and families to meet staff) on Sunday, June 28. While we prefer staff who can start Orientation Week and work the entire 8‑week regular season, we may consider quality candidates who may have conflicting obligations.
