Tasks
- Implement, review, and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budget controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Train staff and oversee administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
