Base pay range

CA$85,000.00/yr - CA$90,000.00/yr

Position: Office Manager

Location: Downtown Toronto – On-site

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) + benefits + other exciting perks!

Our client is seeking a professional and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office and provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and IT coordination

- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation

- Assist with drafting communications, reports, and presentation materials

- Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and boardroom bookings

- Support HR and finance functions with employee onboarding/offboarding, recordkeeping, and invoice processing

- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

- Create presentations and various communications for internal and external stakeholders, and compile data as needed

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager for a corporate company and some administrative support experience to senior leadership

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
