We’re searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to be the welcoming face of their operations. As an Office Manager, you will be the hub of daily activities, expertly juggling a variety of responsibilities. You will manage financial records with precision, ensuring smooth operations. You’ll greet customers with a smile, creating a positive first impression and initiating service requests with ease. You will keep things moving by assisting in coordination, answering calls, and ensuring everyone stays connected. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact!

Requirements:

  • We’re looking for someone with experience in record and bookkeeping and familiarity with office software.
  • Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will shine as you interact with customers and colleagues.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • You thrive on variety and enjoyed being the go-to person for all things office related.

You won’t be alone! You will report directly to the President and collaborate with a supportive team. Plus, you’ll have access to experienced personnel who can assist with specific tasks and provide guidance. This is a career, not just a job! Remuneration for this role consists of a base salary of $75-85K in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and plenty of room to grow.
