CMH Heli-Skiing is seeking a part-time Office Administrator in Banff, Alberta. This role involves welcoming guests, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. Position Overview
The Office Administrator, Part Time is the first point of contact for our CMH guests. The primary function of this role is to receive and direct incoming calls, manage the reception area including deliveries and walk-in visitors, and provide administrative support through data input, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. This position is part-time and paid on an hourly basis. The schedule primarily consists of Fridays and Saturdays, along with occasional coverage for time-off needs. Due to the nature of this opportunity, there is no option for thisrole to work remotely.

Compensation
A competitive hourly rate starting between $21-$24 will be provided, along with 4% vacation pay and opportunities to heli-hike and heli-ski as available. Further details will be discussed in a personal interview.
