The Office Manager reports to the CCDC Board of Directors and leads an office team consisting of the Senior Loans Consultant, Loans Consultant, Accounts Administrator, and Technical Assistant. The role involves implementing the strategic plan, measuring and driving progress towards goals, managing adherence to procedures, and providing leadership for daily operations.
CCDC’s strategic plan outlines their objectives from 2025 to 2030, focusing on supporting Canadian churches aligned with their beliefs. Under the Office Manager's leadership, CCDC aims to deepen impact through growth, partnerships, funding, and increased organizational credibility, ensuring continued delivery of meaningful outcomes.
The Office Manager will oversee essential administration, enhance operational efficiency, manage communications with applicants, and assist with loan applications and consultations.
