A leading IT services company specializing in the financial sector is looking for an office manager to oversee daily operations and support a small team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, alongside a dedication to maintaining high service standards in a hybrid workplace. The successful candidate will actively contribute to improving client experiences and ensuring compliance within the industry.

About the role Our office managers help with administrative tasks like writing letters, keeping track of finances, organizing appointments, and overseeing filing systems.
Although no two days will ever be the same, your daily tasks will consist of :
Your mission The following will be your responsibilities as office manager : In addition to having sound financial judgment, you must also have outstanding communication skills, personal credibility, and the dedication to create and uphold efficient office procedures suitable for a hybrid workplace. You'll know how to use complicated databases, be able to use Microsoft Office, and meet deadlines.
A measurable dedication to the principles of the trade union movement is preferred but not necessary.
