Job summary

Array Canada ULC’s Toronto office seeks a professional front desk concierge to be the face of client services. You will greet clients, coordinate catering, and maintain meeting spaces while delivering exceptional service and discretion.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a polished demeanor, with 2+ years in a similar setting, and the ability to work onsite in Downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Occasional flexibility with schedule may be required based on business needs.
  • 2+ years of experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, client service, or administrative support.
  • Experience managing client-facing interactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with catering coordination, conference room management, or office hospitality operations is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new office systems or booking platforms.
  • Ability to set up, connect, and troubleshoot videoconferencing equipment (Zoom/Teams/WebEx).
  • Comfortable using office technology: printers, copiers, phones, badge access systems, AV equipment.

Job Description Summary

Our front desk concierge is the face of our client service team within our Toronto office. We are looking for someone with a composed and professional demeanor that can anticipate our clients' needs, build long-term trusting relationships, and strive to improve client experience. Our concierge must be detail oriented, have an ability to multi-task, and prioritize the provision of exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • As the primary point of contact: greet clients upon arrival, organize and manage logistics, complete specific requests
  • Catering coordination: breakfast and lunch is ordered, set out, and tidied each day
  • Ensure all areas of catering are clean and well maintained, including replenishment of products
  • Prepare lists of orders – catering, supplies, products
  • Maintain boardrooms: set-up, connect, and troubleshoot boardroom videoconference technology, ensure supplies are stocked and refilled, reset the rooms for new matters
  • Execute on administrative duties as assigned

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new office systems or booking platforms.
  • Ability to set up, connect, and troubleshoot videoconferencing equipment (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
  • Comfortable using office technology: printers, copiers, phones, badge access systems, AV equipment, etc.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs and create a welcoming, elevated experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure or in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate, hotel, or professional services setting preferred.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus!
Additional Details
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 5:00
  • Work Location: Onsite in Downtown Toronto
  • The annual pay range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 and is dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
