McGill University’s Schulich School of Music seeks a part-time Student Services Assistant to support front desk operations and graduate student services. You will respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling, and help coordinate comprehensive exams and recitals under supervision.
The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and basic knowledge of Word/Excel. English proficiency is required; knowledge of French is an asset.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Student Services, Schulich School of Music, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of high complexity, and the incumbent performs them using general instruction.
Hourly Salary: (AMUSE C) $17.17
