The Office for Student Accessibility & Achievement (SAA) provides support services and reasonable accommodations to McGill students of all levels of study with documented disabilities of either a permanent, temporary, or episodic nature. They foster an accessible and inclusive university experience for McGill’s diverse student population in collaboration with other Student Services and the wider McGill community through resources and services.
Performs various clerical duties including data entry, support of administrative activities, and verifying documents. Responds to general inquiries. Completes administrative forms, keeps records, inputs and verifies data. Assists with the organization of exams and invigilation. Maintains inventory of supplies. Sorts and prepares exams for distribution and delivery.
Up to 40 hours per week, depending on operational needs.
McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 (Fluent) on a scale of 0-4.
