Clear Results, on behalf of Holleford Homes, is seeking an Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to bring structure to busy days. This in-office, part-time role (20-30 hours/week) offers growth into full-time, supporting two businesses with scheduling, documentation, permits, and client communications.
You will help improve processes, coordinate projects from start to finish, and maintain organized financial records using JobTread, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.

You’ll support two respected local businesses known for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and outstanding customer service. Every project you help organize contributes to creating beautiful homes and exceptional client experiences.
This position starts at 20-30 hours per week, but we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside our business. As you take on more responsibility, there is strong potential for this role to become full-time with expanded opportunities.
This isn't a job where you're just answering phones or filing paperwork. You'll help improve systems, support projects from start to finish, and become a trusted member of a close-knit team that relies on your organization and initiative.
No two days look exactly alike. One day you might be helping organize project files, preparing permit paperwork, or coordinating schedules. The next, you'll support our interior design team, assist with client communications, or help improve the systems that keep everything running efficiently.
