Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining client records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and support clients and families in a warm, professional manner
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars using various clinic software platforms
  • Provide fluent communication in both Farsi and English — Farsi is essential
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front-desk operations
  • Maintain organized and confidential client records
  • Communicate effectively with therapists and external professionals
  • Report directly to the Administrative Supervisor
  • Assist with daily administrative duties and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written) – Required
  • Post-secondary education in health sciences, psychology, or a related field – Preferred
  • Experience in pediatric clinics or healthcare settings – Strong asset
  • Comfortable using administrative and scheduling software – Required
  • High level of tech literacy and adaptability – Essential
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
