This is a remote position with regular travel within the Toronto area.

You’ll work closely with our Business Partnership expert and report directly to our VP of Operations. Your mission: ensure our products meet manufacturer requirements and efficiently coordinate project implementation.

Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and adaptability will be your best assets to build lasting relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze specifications and identify necessary adjustments to meet manufacturer requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between our business partners and internal teams for all support- and project-related activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for our business partners in case of issues involving support or project management teams.
  • Stay attentive to our partners’ needs and set up the appropriate discussion forums with the right internal teams for need assessment.
  • Monitor market trends and manufacturer requirements to anticipate future needs.
  • Prepare follow-up documents, progress reports, and communications for both partners and internal teams.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an account management or partnership role, ideally in the automotive or digital industry.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to act as a mediator.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex issues.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English-speaking position – French is considered an asset.
  • Interest in digital technologies applied to the automotive sector.
