May 14, 2025Description**The position LEVEL** 12 **3** 4 5The Office Administrator, under the direction of the CFO, will primarily be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, managing building maintenance, and supervising facility vendor relationships. As the primary point-of-contact, the Office Administrator provides logistical support for on-site meetings and events, handles all office supply procurement and tracks costs to ensure budget adherence. With a strong focus on efficient and effective customer service delivery, the incumbent requires excellent organization, problem solving skills, and the ability to work highly independently in a dynamic office environment.
