May 14, 2025Description**The position LEVEL** 12 **3** 4 5The Office Administrator, under the direction of the CFO, will primarily be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, managing building maintenance, and supervising facility vendor relationships. As the primary point-of-contact, the Office Administrator provides logistical support for on-site meetings and events, handles all office supply procurement and tracks costs to ensure budget adherence. With a strong focus on efficient and effective customer service delivery, the incumbent requires excellent organization, problem solving skills, and the ability to work highly independently in a dynamic office environment. The Office Administrator must possess a High School Diploma, hold a valid Joint Health & Safety Committee certification, and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.**What you have**• Good understanding of facilities management and day-to-day office operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, supply inventory and maintenance schedules• Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and strong customer service orientation• Very strong sense of personal accountability; takes full ownership of own work area• Ability to act in a supervisory capacity overseeing the work of a small team of administrative professionals• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills• Strong critical thinking and judgement allowing you to make good decisions independently• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and work ethic• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Word), database management, web-based applications• Basic IT skills to understand and assist with troubleshooting on-site technology issues a strong asset• Knowledge of relevant legislation including OHSA, AODA, etc.• Holds a Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent• Valid Joint Health & Safety Committee certification an asset• 3-5 years’ relevant experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role**What we are looking for**We are looking for a highly responsible and autonomous individual to fill a new position on a permanent, full-time basis.
